Money: -2,153 | Creatine Creatine owns. I take it twice a day, and I'm bulking up like crazy. I've increased my bench press weight about 65 pounds in 4 months....yes, it is that good. I've also become thinner, and leaner, and lost 25 pounds of fat. I also workout, run, and only drink water and protein shakes(besides creatine).
If you are looking to up your game, take creatine.
