dontcha have meals together as a family? thats a way of eating three meals a day, cuz in my house we have like 90% of our meals together. dinner is always together, lunch is mostly together when everyones home, breakfast is whenever on the weekdays but always together on weekends. maybe that will help?
i went thru a phase of losin weight really quickly last year, but its passed and i dont even know how much i weigh now, although id like to weigh less.
and if youre really stressed, i suggest you keep food in places you go when youre stressed, ie near the computer or next to your bed. that way, youll see the food and remember you have to eat. maybe you should stick a piece of paper on your wall saying
