You have such a cute face, but your hair doesn't complement it. Go for some layers and framing of your face. As for makeup, I think all you need is some mascara, a little blush, and some kind of lip gloss/shimmer to bring out your lips.

But, that's just me. Otherwise, I think you're a really pretty, unique-looking girl.
