Hey here's a question for you Mayank.. When we give out reputation points, is it only 1 point at a time? Cause it seems to me that if you have more reps points yourself, you give more points than if you had fewer yourself. You get what I mean? Like... okay, say a new member repped me, I only notice a couple point raise. But when someone like you or the more repped people give me reps, my number goes up quite a bit?

I don't know, I can't explain it. Just.. do you give more cause you have more?
