I split from my ex not long ago, we decided to split cos he had trusting issues with me and was becoming abit obsessive. ive recently started a new job and the other night he text me to see how it was going. i wasnt sure whether to text back but i decided to in the end. i told him it was going fine and asked him what he'd been up to, he just replied saying he missed me :S i didnt text back and then the next day he left me a message on my mobile saying he really regreted us splitting how he'll never get another girl like me blah blah. to be honest i did really like him and we planned to go on holiday this month and he still keeps asking me to go. ive said no cos i know we would end up sleeping together or id fall for his charm and we'd be back to square one. i quite like being single at the moment, i'm going out meeting new people and having fun. when i was with him he tied me down and i felt like i was limited to what i could do. i just want us to remain friends but he's not taking the hint. i know some of you will say delete his number but we've know each other for ages and i dont want to resolve us to not speaking at all. x
