Windows 7, multi touch, headaches....

Okay so here's the story. I just got finished installing Windows 7 on my 15-inch Macbook Pro. Boots fine, looks good, still haven't gotten the sound to work but that's okay. The really huge problem I've run into is the fact that Windows 7 doesn't support the multi-touch trackpad. This is a problem because without that support, there's no way for me to right-click. You can probably understand my concern.

Any ideas?
