There is no question that there are certain things that one sex can do better than the other. But I still believe that God created us with equal value because our differences even out. For example, whenever a bathroom is not around, peeing outside is not as easy for a woman as it is for a man but men are expected to make an honest living for their families (atleast that's the way it is according to my religious beliefs) where as women can work or stay at home with the kids.
