I know this girl, who I love, and I don't know what to do about this problem!

I met her at the homecoming dance this year. She had a boyfriend, but I knew she liked me. Well, she also had an ex that she still had feelings for.
yesterday, she said that she was gonna talk to him, and now their going back out. the sad part for me is, is that the guy is my cousin. I mean well, but I do care about her, and i knew that i was close to going out with her.
Now i feel like a jerk for how i feel. I told her whatever made her happy made me happy, and it's kinda true, but it's hard be cause he is my cousin.

Please respond with any advice or otherwise help...
