Yeah pretty much.. thats not the type of guy you want to be friends with.. pleanty more out there. But yeah, if he did that its mean, but he may not have meant to do that. Some times guys will try to be friends with another girls because there to scared to try and go ask the girl they like. And they dont even know what they did.
