get laid, thats it just get laid.. well probably not the right thing. I know what you mean, i just got out of a 10 month relatioship. And well that was a month or 2 ago, and im over it. It was hard as hell, but i kinda took everything(letters) she gave me and stuck them in a box and ductaped it shut. We're still best friends, well as much as we can get, but it helped me to forget..
