Re: speaking in front of a crowd
Whwnever I have to do any public speaking type of thing I focus on points just past the audience I'm talking to. If I look to these different points instead of the people it helps me take my mind off them and just speak. Also holding your hands behind your back and having a tight grip opver both of them can help people.
