Try to eat healthy, but dot just eat healthy food all day everyday otherwise it will be to hard to stick to it. You need to treat yourself every now and then.
If you want to lose weight you need to run, walk, cycle, swim etc etc try for 30 min a day. After you have lost weight you can then start toning up by doing ab crunches and leg squats etc etc or go to the gym if you want. |
ok i hate running and its pretty cold to go swimming i was wondering if there are any other excercises i could try indoors maybe.
