I had that problem.
Sometimes I couldnt sleep because of headaches.
I finally went to my pediatrician.
Turns out my pediatrician wasnt in because she had wednesdays off, so there was another lady there.
I had a breakdown.
In the doctors office.
I started hysterically crying about my life.
She reccomended therapy...she was kind of shocked I think. It was really really awkward.
I was able to sleep finally afterwards.
Maybe you just need to vent a little bit? It helped me!
