Don't worry about it. I know it's easier said than done, but, really, what do you have to be ashamed of? That you have a sex drive? HA! I can guarantee you 95% of the people in your school masturbate. You just happened to get caught.
There's certainly nothing to be ashamed of - not about masturbating or anything else. Seriously, what's the big deal? If someone says something to you about it, look them right in the eye, smile, and just be honest about what happened.
Like I said, there's no reason at all to be ashamed of having a sex drive. Everyone does it, most just won't admit it because they're not mature enough. So be more mature and don't be embarrassed. Yeah, those guys caught you, but that's the worst part of the whole thing. And that's done and over with. All they can do now is tell people they saw you masturbating, and, as I've said several times, who cares?
