I can sympothise with you. I have quite major trust issues as well. I find it very hard to talk about myself to anyone and let anyone close to how I'm feeling inside. All I can really say is it will take time for the wounds to heal, for you to be able to trust people again. I can't really say how long it will take or if it will ever truly stop but eventually you'll find someone that trusts you and when that happens it is much easier to trust them back. Talking to councellers about any problems you have may also reinstate your trust in people. I know this isn;t much help, but I hope it isn't detrimental
