I think you are a bit confused. Why do you want to be in a relationship? Because you actually want to or because all your friends are? and why does the guy have to come up and talk to you, why cant you go up and talk to him, if you want to be in a relationship with someone specifically then you should talk to them. Waiting for people to come to you is the wrong attitude and manipulating people into talking to you is also the wrong attitude.
