You have to remember that it could just be carelesness. They were in his recieved files folder which means they were most likely sent to him on msn. If that is true all he did was accept some pictures and probably had a look at them, that is all you know. Also not many people delete what is in their recieved files folders, I know I don't and most of my friends don't either. I have loads of random stuff that people sent to me.

Don't be to rash in making accusations. Also has he done things in the past that would give him a bad record?
