Ive never had a girlfriend & im 18. Basically because im a really shy guy & not many girls have the patience to wait for me to become comfortable around them and they just go away. They probably see my shyness as arrogance or something along those lines.
Anyway if you are a nice/sweet guy as you say you should still do all that but start making your intentions noticed & flirt with all these girls you are nice with. Be a little cocky & funny as well.
And dont wait any longer start doing it now. or it will be to late
