Well, even if you were having sex he couldn't charge him with rape or statutory rape as the age of consent where you live is 14(I just looked it up). I guess he technically could charge him with some other crime if he has committed one, such as if you left your dad's house you could be considered a run away and he could be charged for housing a run away, which is illegal in the US, but I don't know about Canada.
