So I'm going to a small party this Saturday and I know for a fact that my friend is bringing abottle of vodka... I've never been drunk before but I've always been curious to try. I just don't know if vodka is the best place to start. But this is a group of friends I like and trust and I can't think of a better opportunity. I'll be sleeping over if I drink no problems. Any advice?

Ps the question is not whether or not I want to drink period.
