Moderate i'd say. Its not mild, but I dont have suicidal thoughts either.
I get mild depression due to low self esteem sometimes, but i get worse depression when it comes to relationships.
I fall for people too easily who arent good for me, and fuck my brain up...which i find difficult to handle and end up becoming constantly depressed.
