As for the bathroom - That's a violation of your privacy in all fairness. What do you mean though? When you're cleaning your teeth, having a wash, brushing your hair? Or having a bath? If it's the one in the bath just tell him to lay off! Grow some balls and in a nice way and tell him you need some privacy!

Why not just do what I did and get a paperround/part time job?

That's the money sorted out.
