Re: what to do??

Don't settle for being a 'backup' when you know you deserve more than that.

Hey, I can be pretty sentimental about relationships but even I've fallen out with some friends who I've known for ages. Although we still remain civil to eachother, sometimes you realise people change and/or you change and the friendship's just not what it used to be. Sooner or later you have to let people go. Especially if they're treating you like that, you're not around for their conveniance. Friendship isn't just about having people to hang around with. I'm sure you will make better friends later on in life, you honestly don't need to put up with these girls. Your boyfriend's right.

I think what's holding you back from just cutting them out is the fact that you don't know who you'll hang out with and stuff? When you feel up to it, join a group or club or something. If you're leaving college and going to uni, a lot of people have told me uni's where they made their friends for life so there's that to.

If you still want to give them another chance try talking to them and telling them how you feel, if they're not interested in making things right then you've got your answer.
