Today in sailing I had a collision with another boat and I came out on the bad side. The other boat, when it hit my boat, also hit my thigh/butt hard. Now I have like a huge red line where it hit me, it is a bit swollen and it hurts to go from standing to sitting. And it like twitches.

Any suggestions on how to reduce the swelling/pain?
