Money: -550 | Re: Miracles diets? If you want to lose some weight without eating the green stuff, then what you need to do is pretty simple.
#1: Have a simple little workout session, like jog for 30 minutes 5 days a week or something.
#2: Some of the vitamins and minerals in vegetables can be replaced by other foods, so make sure you eat a variety of fruits.
#3: To make sure that you are getting everything you need to stay healthy, take a multivitamin. I prefer the swallowable kind, but if you want the chewables...whatever.
#4: Try and keep off the junk food. A candy bar here and there won't kill you, but one every day isn't a smart thing to do.
If you do that, you should lose weight.
