In all fairness my friend, he is right, there is a huge difference and because you said you had a crush on him, there is indeed a significant difference in caring for you as family and caring for you as a lover. We know he cares in a family way, he was just pointing out there is a difference, and hell, even I could have told you he cared about you in a family way by your informative posts.
The question is: Does he care for you in a different way as well? Maybe you two share something none other can comprehend, even though I am against first cousin relationships, who gives a shit? As long as
YOU are happy, as well as him, it doesn't matter.
