| Re: I should owe many hours to the gym gods, but... then once you have gained sufficient weight, stop weightlifting but continue cardio and continue eating "clean protein" as if you were still weightlifting. that way you will weigh enough but will lose excess fat, and you will keep some muscle but it wont be huge.
