Now she has changed drastically.

When we were aged around 14 we made a best friend pact, that we would never smoke/do drugs.. We swore on our grand parents lifes. I know it was a kiddy thing but I meant it, and I thought she did. Obviously not because at the age of 16 she IS smoking drugs. She broke her promise.
I also hate her boyfriend. He got her into the drugs and has turned her into a drinking druggie bitch who no longer treats me as a friend.

I hardly have contact with her now and rarelly see her at college.

So do you think I should actually use my time on her or just foget about her????

A real friend wouldn't give up in my opinion, but I understand my chivalrously ways aren't recognized these days. She is worth your effort, one day she will thank you.
