Hey Guys,
This is my first post and everything, so I shall start of by saying hi
Anyway, I am a 16 year old male and I have just finished my GCSE's exams. I am not what you could class as overweight, but I could definitely stand to loose a bit of weight.
So anyway, at my school there is this girl that I really like, more than any girl I have before and I really want to actually just get with her but at the moment that is not even a possibility.
Now I have finished school, I have nothing to do until September, and by then, I want to look great, and I do not want to be fat, have man boobs etc lmaoo, I want to be toned and look very good. So getting to the point, what do you guys here suggest? I don't just want to loose a bit of weight, I want to loose the amount that would totally get rid of any fat and so i look toned and everything.
Like I said, I have 3 months of doing nothing, So I am willing to commit EVERY DAY to this cause, so what would really help me loose weight? I cannot get to a gym, since the closest one is over 50 miles away since I live in the country, and I also have not a lot of money to spend on anything that might help
So, thats my goal, I want to loose enough weight to make me look great and skinny, in order to attract a girl! What a world we live in, eh?

I am also doing it for personal reasons, such as getting more confidence, and getting fitter for when the football season starts. But anyway, please reply back on how you think I can achieve this feat, I would really appreciate it!
