Go out with her- take her out and have fun. Try meeting new boys- show her there are better ones out there than the one she likes.
And be there when she needs you when she gets hurt- give her a shoulder to cry on.
There isn't really much you can do to get her to forget about the guy- if you tried, she could end up not liking you, you just have to let her learn from her own mistakes.
