I dont care for vegetables much myself although i try to force them atleast once every two days for good health. they say to eat 5-9 fruits and vegetables a day and i know im lacking in the veggies but as long as your somewhat following the food guide pyramid and exercising 3-5 days a week im sure youll lose some weight. For weight LOSS they recommend 60-90 minutes of MODERATE cardiovasular exercise most days of the week. So that may be brisk walking, cycling, swimming, etc. So good luck. |
