Ok i'm a 17 year old female and i'm in love with my best friend. We've been best friends since we were infants. I can't even explain in words how he makes me feel. I've always been crushing on him because he is the perfect guy. He has a straight A average and is extrememly athletic. His family is the most important thing in his life next to his strong catholic faith. And to top it all off he is the sweetest guy in the world, he'd do anything to help out anyone. I can tell him anything...except how i feel about him. He is my best friend and our friendship is too important to risk on what ifs. There never goes a day that i don't think about him. Were sitting in class and i find myself starring and daydreaming. I can't be sure how he feels about me, we've always been best friends and everything around him is so casual now. I dont know whether he's flirting or just goofing off. I'll take something of his and he'll chase me down and throw me over his shoulder or something playfully like that. It comes down to the point that i'm not sure how he sees me, we'll spend our free time 4 wheeling, playing sports together or something and it just seems like a "guy" type friendship. I don't know how to approach this, if we both end up going off to college and i dont say anything i know i'll regret it but i can't think of a safe way to tell him without ruining our friendship.
