Depends on whether she likes you or not, as in, her reaction. Make the move when you feel comfortable making it, never make it because you feel the need to. Predominantly, it wont matter, if there is something there, there is something there.

My advice: Don't come across as if you are already 'into' her per se, get the chance to know her and try getting her number to text her..she has texting, right? And if 'everyone knows', most likely she knows.
