Money: 1,321 Points: 12,549, Level: 26 | | Hypnotizing yourself. I have been hypnotizing myself for a pretty long time now. And people don't actually believe that it works. But it does only if you really know how to do it. I'm going to give you steps on how to do it. And when to do it.
They are no bad side effects when doing this. Well there are but they really depend on how you come along with hypnotizing yourself. These steps are very easy to follow and understand. You may do it by yourself or with someone around you. You also can do it to other people.
The first step is finding somewhere quite and peaceful. You may listen to music but make sure the music isn't about anything bad. Drugs, killing, death situations, tornados, etc. Reasoning is because you may have a bad trip. And those aren't fun. I prefer laying down. Mainly because some people do tend to fall asleep after doing this. You may sit up, lay down but don't stand up.
The second step is thinking of a goal. Anything. Like you may want a new pair of shoes. Lol good example. Anyway, say your goal over and over in your head. Close your eyes while doing this. Continue to say it until you think you have remember it. I say it about ten times.
The third step is to say a sentence with soft sayings. With letters ending with s, c, h, p, a, etc. No hard sounding words like r, z. Those tend to give you a bad trip. Use this saying, I slice smooth cravings. I use it everytime and beginners should also use it.
The fourth step is after saying that sentence count backwards from 45. Using each number with breaths. Meaning it should be like this, 45, breathe, 44, breathe and so on. You will notice that when the numbers decrease you will start to say them very slowly. Don't skip any numbers or the effect won't work.
The fifth step is to restate the goal. Say it over and over in your mind. BUT DON'T THINK ABOUT FEELING A DIFFERENT FEELING. If you do then it won't work. Just think about what you are doing and you will feel it.
Most people decide to stay in the state. Mainly because you will fall asleep afterwards. If you don't want to stay in the state then say:
I know where I am at.
I am out of the state now.
I am aware of my surroundings.
Saying these will make you come out of the state. The feelings you get while in the state depend. Here are some:
Numbness.
Lightness.
Sleeping.
Floating.
Seeing things.
Others depend on the person. Sometimes I give myself bad trips. BUT DON'T DO THIS YET. YOU ARE STILL A BEGINNER. This is how you do it. Make sure you know what you are doing. Nothing bad can happen. Focus and feel the state.
