Money: -1,613 | Re: What Do You Do for Exercising? swimming every day 5,000 or 4,000 yards. run 2 times a week cycle 4 times a week lift 2 times a week. cycling is like 10-30miles. i usually workout two times a day cuz i am training for a half ironman triathlon. ive already done several tris so its just a bigger commitment.
