1. If you are going to fitness theres a machine where you stand upright and lift your leg sideward and you close it again and you do it 15-20/3 a day. Do the same thing with your opposite side too.
2. If you dont go to fitness, at home, lie down on one of your thigh, staighten your leg brace your arm on the floor and start lifting your leg up and down. Do the same thing with your opposite side too. You'll feel your thighs hurt. that means that it works. |
