My proposition: Television and other media have decreased the amount of time family members spend interacting with one another. Lack of communication results to lack of trust from parents and family member. Troubled teen program believes that this is one of the common factors of becoming a troubled teen. Peers and media are common outlets for them to release their anger, feelings and emotions. Increasingly, the media are shaping children's behavior and attitudes, images of themselves, and perceptions of the world.
