Spread out your food intake (ie instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 5)
This will increase your metabolism, and should help you burn, baby burn!

You can also try drinking more water. Some people believe this helps shed pounds, and others don't. I personally think it helps, and makes you a healthier person overall.
