Well I know I'm a guy, but I had the same problem as you got for some years ago, I also did antibiotics, but if it's making scars and it come back, and if it's really many and really big ones, you should try roaccutan, I did roaccutan and my back is nearly clean from acne, it's coming 1 or 2 sometimes, some scars, but otherwise it's completely clean.

If you think your back looks gross, and you don't think you're attractive, I think that's a bigger problem. =)
