More or less, people are attracted to people that make other people feel good. Lacking self confidence / self esteem will kill you as you will seem pessimistic and down about your self. And lets face it, if even you cant love yourself, how are we supposed to love you?
People who have confidence and self esteem no matter what they're looks are will be very very attractive as they usually cause people to feel good when they're around them.
