I don't think there's anything WRONG about it.

It's just..not conventional. Which I'm not saying is a bad thing. And like D'anna said, it's just not the same.

I think starting the relationship out online, not dating - just talking, providing they live near you, and then meeting, is different.

But trying to say you're in a relationship with someone in Germany while you're in...New York and you've never met otherwise, is stupid.
