have you talked to your parents about the situation?
she should be looking out for you not causing harm to you
talk to her about it. ask her why she treats you this way?
maybe shes having problems and taking them out on you.
tell her how you feel and that you would like to have a better brother-sister relationship with her.
if things dont work out after you talk to her then you should really talk to your parents about it.
