Doing excericses to target your back muscles may actully aggravate them. Stick to activites such as walking and swimming which minimize impact on back muscles. Funky breath?
Surpringlsy, eating plain organic yogurt does the trick because it sounds like yeast may be to blame for bad breath- Yeast can cause foul breath. Breath fresheners only mask the problem; you need to get the year under control to freshen your bad breath. Cut out refined foods including white flour and suger and eat youngert or take acidophilus suppliments.
