I lost about 30 pounds by just eating better, running every day and I love to dance so I do that alot I also like to swim. find things you like to do they gets you moving and stick with it. and drink alot of water also if you are eating good and doing what I said and dont lose weight right away, its still a good path because being healthy is not all about being skinny. |
