Money: -539 | Re: what are some healthy ways to deal with stress Well they say concious breathing helps..all that in through the nose out through the mouth stuff....but when i'm stressed i take myself out of reality and completely forget about evrything for a few hours...I do this either by reading a book, having an intense gaming session, or listening to music soo loud that your ears ring afterwards....taking time out from stress really helps, but until the cause of the problem that is giving you stress is solved, it's not going to go away, you need to face the problem head on.
