Not knowing how you guys hang out or what not, you might just want to be around a little more, talk to her when you feel the time is right and flirt a little, if she doesn't respond well them, thats life, if she does, maybe start talking a little more and drop hints, see how she takes it, if that goes good maybe she will give you her number.
