Well I wonder if anyone of you heard of "ToGiveAndGet".
It sounds allot like what you have mentioned!

Yeah I also believe that this method is a bit illegal (but it's good )

This method will not work if lots of people start doing it becuase we would all get bombarded with emails asking to pay $1 into a PayPal account and we would just ignore them.
