The old points and store system has been completely removed from the system. This was done because a huge bug was revealed that could cause a hacker to delete the entire forum in a minute.
If you are thinking that this was because of the forum upgrade to the beta version, then you are wrong. Also if you are waiting for your thousands of points to come back, then again you are mistaken. Those points are gone forever.
We shall add a stable version of points that a better coder has developed and will also be supported unlike the last coder. The new points system shall be added on 17th of this month.
Note that the new points system does not offer a Store system but hopefully in a month or two it will be offered again.

Why cant we just bold our username etc without using points?

Yeah.
But we all start from Zero Points. And best of all the moderators will get no previledges of earning 3x or 5x that they used to before.
Even after the points system added after 17th, you will not be able to bold your username because this modification does not offer customizations yet. Soon in future it would.
However to comphensate, I will start premium previledges for members that can be purchased via real cash as well as points, whichever is best for you.
