Goto your user profile - Statistics - Find All Posts By This User - You will see the last 1000 posts you made. Browse through different pages, you will notice the time written when you made posts aswell. Check the first post's time and go through all pages till you come across, Yesterday - same time.
Thats how you know how much you made in last 24 hours.

Just find when you last logged on and then count them from there, it says how many there are for each page at the bottom. I got to like page 35 on mine lol | |
