what the fuck?
i havent slept all night.
i rolled around in the bed all night. its almost 6:30am now...went to bed at midnight...
i honestly dont remember falling asleep or waking up. i feel like i was in the bed just rolling around all night. i ended up getting out of the bed and trying to sleep in the other rooms at about 4am.
and guess what?
in 3 hours i need to be at work for 7 hours.
someone PLEASE give me something to make me sleep we dont have anything over here.

It could be a phase...I know that I went through it during the summer. If not, then maybe you are developing insomnia? But I don't even know if you can actually develop insomnia...

try going to bed like maybe an hour earlier? if you have a tv by your bed watch that whilst in bed an hour earlier then see if it helps, what i'm trying to say is lower the time you go to bed gradually, or what about changing one of your clocks an hour forward so it makes you think it's an hour later than it actually is-trick your mind | |
